WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Thank you for choosing Sportswear FLY³! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That is why we have developed the following return policy:

You may return any new, unworn item purchased from Sportswear FLY³ within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy of it.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 438.233.6214. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

CAN I RETURN A GOFAST RACER™ PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from the FLY3.co website. If you ordered a product from another retailer, you may contact our

WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN?
If you would like to make a return, please contact Customer Service to request an RMA form. The return address, along with directions, will be provided with the RMA form upon issuance. Please include the RMA form within the returned shipment. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA form. To request an RMA form, please contact

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. For boots and shoe returns, place the shoe box inside a shipping box. To ensure that your return package arrives to our warehouse successfully, FLY³ suggests shipping your return package with a tracking number. Packages must be returned prepaid.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once FLY³ receives your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
